Upper cone z = √(x² + y²)

Equation: z = sqrt(x^2 + y^2)

z = r is the upper nappe of a circular cone. Generators are straight lines through the origin with constant slope.

Partial derivatives fail at (0, 0) — a standard cusp example. The engine clamps non-finite values so the mesh stays intact.
